TrackerTRACKER, one of the UK’s leading providers of fleet tracking solutions continues to meet the needs of customers, helping them protect their assets, with the launch of Battery Powered TRACKER Fleet. The new service offers fleet monitoring and locating for non-powered assets, including port-a-cabins, containers, trailers and powered vehicles where connection is not practical or not possible.

Battery Powered TRACKER Fleet is a self-powered tracking device that offers similar reporting and functionality to TRACKER Fleet but is designed specifically to provide a solution for non-powered assets or for managing short-term contracts e.g. replacement vehicles. Battery Powered TRACKER Fleet is a cost effective solution which is easy to fit and easy to use, with robust weather proof hardware and a battery that lasts up to 2.5 years between charge cycles; TRACKER’s new, battery powered system brings fleet tracking to an even wider range of markets.

“Battery Powered TRACKER Fleet is the latest addition to TRACKER’s range of products and illustrates our ongoing commitment to meeting the varied needs of our customers,” says Stephen Doran, Managing Director for TRACKER.  “There has been a gap in the market for a battery powered tracking and monitoring solution; so with this launch we can now bring benefits of TRACKER to an even wider audience.”
