January 13, 2014 (Miami, Florida). TGI is pleased to announce its targeted hires for the international and domestic sales teams. The international team would like to welcome Nelson Garces, as Manager – Off Highway Division and he will lead TGI’s OTR sales initiatives throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

Nelson holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and brings over 10 years of OTR experience having been an integral part of positioning the Michelin brand throughout the region. Luis Betancur joins TGI as a Territory Manager and will lead our sales efforts for Colombia, Paraguay and Uruguay. Luis holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and brings over 19 years of tire-industry experience.

The domestic team is proud to welcome Perry May in the capacity of Manager for TGI’s Off Highway Division. Perry will spearhead TGI’s Astro Solid line launch for the North America market. Mr. May brings over 37 years of tire-industry experience having worked as Vice President of Sales for various manufactures throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

With the additions of Nelson, Luis and Perry we have started 2014 with a significant amount of momentum as they have already made an impact to TGI’s “Winning Team”.
