At an awards ceremony hosted by Kriss Akabusi held at the annual national Dealer Conference, Suzuki proudly presented a number of awards to the dealer network in recognition of various achievements over the past twelve months.

Commenting on the awards, Dale Wyatt, Sales and Marketing Director said: “We are very pleased with the achievements of all of our winning dealers and would like to congratulate them for their efforts, as well as to the entire network for its commitment to the brand. Looking forward, we are moving into an exciting period for next year which includes the launch of a new C segment Crossover model that will help continue to raise awareness of Suzuki in the UK.”

All dealers were assessed on seven criteria and scored to determine who would be the winner in the large, medium and small Dealer of the Year categories. The categories included: percentage of target sales achieved, finance penetration percentage, Sales Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Service CSI, number of parts sold, number of accessories sold, and return on sales percentage.  The winners are:

Large Dealer: Hodgson, Newcastle upon Tyne Medium Dealer: Levoi’s, Colchester Small: Ludlow, Shropshire

Individual awards for the categories of sales growth, CSI improvement and parts growth were given to:

Sales Growth Award: Chapel House, Merseyside / Warrington CSI Improvement: Phoenix Stirling, Stirlingshire Parts Growth: Donelly’s, Belfast

Five of the dealers also received awards for long service:

30 Years – Zygmunt Curry, York 20 Years – Ludlow, Shropshire SMW, Belfast Pebley Beach, Swindon SMC, Hillingdon
