Bruneck, July 7, 2015 - The established partnership between Pirelli and Inter welcomes the 'Driver' brand on board this year. For the 2015-2016 season, the logo of Pirelli's specialised international dealer network will appear on Inter's away strip, while the traditional Pirelli logo continues to occupy pride of place on the main strip. The announcement was made during the club's Tyrolean training camp at Bruneck.

The decision to expand Pirelli's sponsorship of Inter to also take in the 'Driver' brand underlines the Italian tyre firm's strategy of relating to the end user as closely as possible, thanks to innovative products and services.

The 'Driver' network, with nearly 400 sales outlets, has a major presence throughout Italy and is able to offer consumers a complete care package, from supplying and fitting the most suitable tyres for every need, to mechanical repairs and maintenance.

The new 'Driver' shirt is inspired by two of the most successful seasons in Inter's history: 1965-1965 and 2009-2010. It features a white background with Inter's famous black and blue stripes across the chest, as well as highlights in the traditional colours on the collar and down the sides.

The 'Driver' logo forms the latest exciting chapter in a 20-year history between Pirelli and its home football club, led by Roberto Mancini. The Pirelli logo first appeared on an Inter shirt during the 1995-1996 season, making this one of the most enduring relationships in football history.
