OxPropFest, a day celebrating the burgeoning Oxfordshire property sector, will return to Bicester Motion for the second year running on Wednesday 14th of September.

Welcoming 400 attendees to the 444-acre former RAF site, the event will see a range of talks, panel discussions, tours and even a property-focused sportive planned for the day – around Bicester Motion and further afield.

The OxProp team will once again be setting up the event in Hangar 113, providing some 45,000 ft2 of indoor space for their event. The event will commence with a conference and exhibition, with the opportunity for networking prior to the Awards dinner.

The Hangar will include a celebration of historic motoring technology provided by Bicester Heritage’s 50 specialist businesses, an established part of the Bicester Motion site.

“Being located inside a marquee, within a historic Hangar, at the heart of an Oxfordshire airfield has really worked wonders for our event! Representing the Oxfordshire and Arc property community, we are really pleased to be returning to the unique venue of Bicester Motion with OxPropFest. Celebrating all aspects of the growing development market, the venue helps us to provide a snapshot on the new trends happening in the world of property. I hope that we can continue to grow the event in future years and become part of the magic which is Bicester Motion,” concludes Matthew Battle, Managing Director, UK Property Forums.

“Bicester Motion offers a huge welcome to OxPropFest where it has found a home amidst the very results, activities and objectives it seeks to celebrate. We know better than most the strength of the industry and its importance, having lived the A to Z of the property investment journey since 2013.

“We are very grateful for the depth of professionalism and skills from the Oxfordshire property community, in re-activating over 300,000 ft2 of historic buildings and creating a community of 50 thriving businesses, whilst achieving planning for circa 1 million ft2 of additional commercial leisure and business accommodation driven by a clear vision for the future,” added Daniel Geoghegan, CEO Bicester Motion.
