Honda has developed two interactive online applications to further promote two recently launched two-wheel models at both ends of the range – the new Vision 50 moped and the much anticipated Crosstourer adventure touring machine.

To celebrate the release of the new Vision 50 moped, Honda has introduced the ‘Urban Explorer’ interactive Facebook game. Hosted solely on this popular social networking site, the Urban Explorer game offers users the chance to (virtually) ride around Europe’s coolest cities, exploring famous landmarks and taking in the sights.

Along the way, challenges can be completed to win GAS clothing vouchers and there is even a chance to win a brand new Honda Vision 50.

To coincide with the launch of the all-new adventure Crosstourer, Honda has released the ‘Go Touring’ free smartphone app, available for both Android and iPhone. It helps users find the best motorcycle touring routes across Europe and the UK, as well as Mobike Hotels and Honda dealers along the way. Users can also use Go Touring to help prepare for tours, with the handy equipment checklist and weather forecast functionality.

On top of this, Honda is offering the chance to win a place on an adventure touring trip of a lifetime! The eight-day ‘Epic Tour’ across Europe takes in everything from the high speed of Germany’s autobahns, to the stunning coastal roads of northern Italy and the beautiful mountain passes in the French Alps. It is a true money-can’t-buy experience aboard the adventure-maker that is the Honda Crosstourer.

The Facebook Urban Explorer app can be found at http://apps.facebook.com/urbanexplorer Further information the Epic Tour can be found by visiting www.hondamc2012.com. The Go Touring app can be found by searching ‘Go Touring Honda’ in the Android Market or Apple App Store.

The Vision 50 is available to order now and priced at £1,650 OTR. The Crosstourer is due in March 2012 and will be available at £11,475 for the manual version and £12,325 with Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT).
