Monday, 3 November 2014 marks the premiere of Mazda’s entirely locally produced TV ad, following the launch of Mazda Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd.
The 60” Mazda brand TV ad was filmed in Cape Town over a span of 3 days with the guidance of Mazda SA’s advertising agency – Black River Football Club.
The ad tells the story of the Mazda brand, one which MSA believe South Africans have not been exposed to and one that is important to tell because it speaks to the spirit behind the brand.
Through history, Mazda has gone beyond the ordinary in many ways; Defying Convention, Challenging the status quo, Making the Impossible Possible; guiding principles that have always been at the core of the Mazda brand.
This time; re-launching Mazda in SA, launching full SKYACTIV Technology, revealing the new home of Mazda, launching the all-new Mazda3, all-new Mazda6 and the Mazda CX-5 2.2 litre diesel and 2.5 litre petrol engines has given Mazda Southern Africa the opportunity to reconnect and reignite the passion and enthusiasm of loyal Mazda customers and fans.
It is only befitting that the TV ad launches the Mazda brand with a payoff line – “The impossible made possible“
