MAZDA PARTNERS WITH OPTIMA TO PURSUE SMART REPAIR OPPORTUNITY

Mazda Motors UK Ltd has engaged Optima Smarter Solutions and ACIS to help its network of over 140 dealers and 125 authorised vehicle body repairers capture an increased share of the fast-growing SMART(*) repair and rapid repair market.

After a detailed evaluation process, Mazda has approved the use of the market-leading HBC Systems range of rapid and SMART repair products, for which Optima is the sole UK importer. The products and equipment will be delivered to the Mazda dealers and approved bodyshops via the ACIS network of distributors.  In addition, Mazda dealers and repairers will now be supported by Optima’s quality accredited training programmes – covering SMART repair techniques and how to best use HBC System products to boost profitability.

The training programmes will be managed through Optima’s facilities in Exeter and Reading.  The Mazda dealer and repair network will also be able to call upon Optima’s specialist  technical support team and ongoing sales and marketing assistance.
