London 2012 Opening Ceremony tonight


    Today July 27, 2012 the Official Olympics London 2012 Opening Ceremony is scheduled to take place at 9pm London time. Roughly 10,000 Volunteers have been practicing and rehearsing for the London 2012 Opening Ceremony and it is envisaged that it will be one of the most spectacular Olympics Opening ceremonies ever.

    “It is here! – The Google Doodle announcing the official start of the London 2012 Opening Ceremony, Let the games begin!”

    The theme of the London 2012 Opening Ceremony is titled the “Isles of Wonder” and is directed by Danny Boyle.

    Once again all Nations participating at the London 2012 Opening Ceremony will also participate in the athletes parade, where nation by nation will walk through the Olympic stadium, where they will present themselves as the best of the best of their respective countries.

    The London 2012 Opening Ceremony will end shortly after the Olympic Flame enters the stadium and the lighting of the Olympic Cauldron, declaring and symbolizing the official start of the 2012 London Olympics.

    London 2012 Archery Google Doodle

    In true Olympic spirit Google today used there homepage and Google Doodle to announce the first Olympic record broken at the 2012 Olympics. The first record were broken at the London 2012 Archery by Im Dong Hyun in the men’s London 2012 Archery.
