(SOUTH AFRICA) 1 June 2011. KIA Motors South Africa (KMSA) has launched its new website (kia.co.za). The website incorporates the new KIA tiger nose corporate identity, and features advanced usability while maintaining some of its unique online features such as “Live Online Chat, which remains a first in the South African motor industry.
“We are excited about our new interactive and updated website, which will allow us to engage, enhance and provide an information rich experience to prospective customers and current KIA owners. We see the website as the first step to welcoming customers to the world of KIA.”, comments KMSA’s National Marketing Manager, David Sieff. It is also one of the first steps in KMSA’s strategy of becoming truly customer orientated by offering innovative solutions with a “surprise” element, living up to its slogan “The Power to Surprise””, he adds.
Since the launch of the “Live Online Chat” in 2010, it has shown tremendous success in offering a “real time” dialogue platform between the customer and KMSA. The format of the “Live Online Chat” has changed slightly, but will still remain operational during business hours.
Apart from “Live Online Chat”, the new website has a new clean ‘premium’ look and feel: it’s more user friendly, easier to navigate and you will be able to quickly find the correct information you need. It offers instant access to product and dealer information and current KIA specials, while also providing a platform where customers can request test drives, quotes, or any other information.
