(SOUTH AFRICA) 20 July 2011. Kia Motors South Africa (KMSA) has recently renewed its contract with Primedia. This will see the automotive manufacturer continue its sponsorship of the popular Kia Take40 SA radio slot on Saturdays presented by Mark Pilgrim on 94.7 Highveld Stereo and KFM for another year. This will build on an already established partnership between KMSA and Primedia.

To that end, KMSA has made available a fleet of 6 Kia Soul vehicles to be utilised by the 94.7 Highveld Stereo Ground Patrol (3 in JHB and 3 in CPT). This will enable Kia to facilitate a greater level of engagement with the public through brand activations, corporate social investment partnerships with various other companies, and a point of contact for the public to win great prizes.

KMSA, National Marketing Manager David Sieff said: “We value our relationship with Primedia and the ability to use the Ground Patrol as a means of getting into the public domain. We love the mandate of the Ground Patrol that seeks to make a difference in the community, and we’re happy for people to see and experience our vehicles – true to our brand slogan, this presents us with another way to surprise the public”
