Hyundai has won the award for the best SME After Sales Programme in Business Car Manager’s annual ceremony. Now in its second year, the Awards recognise how well manufacturers are meeting the needs of small business and SME fleets with low emission cars, bespoke dealer programmes and after sales service.

The judging panel, which included Chairperson Vince Cable MP, chose Hyundai’s Fleet Aftersales Charter programme as it delivered a strong all-round and transparent ownership package for SME customers.

The Fleet Aftersales Charter provides fleet customers with a dedicated aftersales service across the dealer network, helping customers with every aspect of running their cars as cost-effectively as possible.

Martin Wilson, Fleet Director, Hyundai UK, said: “We are delighted to win this award from Business Car Manager as it recognises our commitment to offering corporate customers, regardless of fleet size, the most complete and value-added service possible. From fixed labour rates, capped MOT tests, discounts on Hyundai Genuine Parts and priority servicing, the Fleet Aftersales Charter is intended to make the cost of owning a Hyundai as affordable and transparent as possible.”

Ralph Morton, editorial director, Business Car Manager, said: “Hyundai has been quietly working away on the service it provides to SME business customers, year in year out, progress we have been watching with interest. This award fully reflects the company’s determination to provide a comprehensive after sales back up service for SMEs.”
