Hyundai has recently again proven the outstanding support to its dealer network by being voted as the overall winner in the 2007 National Automobile Dealers’ Association (NADA) Dealer Satisfaction Survey. Hyundai was also rated overall leader in the 2006 survey.
The Dealer Satisfaction Survey (DSI) measures the relationship between the dealer and the importer or manufacturer through the level of support that is provided. This is measured through a few focus areas, including dealer confidence and loyalty, communication and relationships, vehicle distribution and parts.
Through consistent high ratings Hyundai received the highest overall score, beating all other importers as well as local manufacturers.
According to the NADA, “the best franchise is one that balances the interest of the manufacturer, dealer and the customer. When the relationship between the manufacturer and the dealer is healthy, customer satisfaction is enhanced”.
As the survey offers a benchmark to the industry, it is clear that Hyundai offers support that is clearly above the average, and this can only result in a enhanced customer experience.
