JOHANNESBURG: Mitsubishi Motors South Africa, in only its second year of participation, has achieved the prestigious Gold Award in the Mitsubishi Motors Middle East & Africa, ASBEP – After Sales Business Excellence Program.

This milestone achievement  – for the second year running – came from achieving its targets in After-Sales, not only in Spare Parts & Accessory Sales, but also scoring excellent results in both Customer Satisfaction and Retention Improvement initiative programs.

“Through Kaizen application in key areas of our After-Sales business operations, we improved our score from the previous year in key focus areas such as, Business Revenue, Business Development, Customer Experience and Operational Excellence,” says Steven Terblans, General Manager After Sales MMSA.

“The customer Experience enhancement is a vital key to our business as we are continuously improving our retention rate by ensuring we have ‘Lifetime Loyal Customers’.

“This can only be achieved by setting high CSI standards for ourselves and our dealer network. This award is a collective effort and a result of the hard work and commitment from the whole After-Sales team and the support of our dealer staff striving in living a business culture of continuous improvement.

“Our appreciation goes out to our entire After-Sales network nationally and across SA borders for their dedication, team effort and cooperation to enhance our After-Sales business operations.

“We are looking forward to working together closely, to achieve our common business goals and improve even further this year with some wonderful new initiatives to be introduced to enhance the customer experience and environment even further.”
