Citroën is offering the public a chance to win a unique experience with a competition launching today on its social networks and the website beachandbreakfast.cool. The prize is a “Beach & Breakfast” weekend in its latest concept car, the Cactus M. This offbeat outing promises fun and relaxation. The competition is running in seven countries until 16 October.
This is the first time a carmaker has offered the public a chance to hop aboard its latest concept car and go for a spin. The “Beach & Breakfast” weekend is an original take on the more mundane “Bed & Breakfast” travel. The winner of the contest will receive an exceptional weekend for two in a Cactus M on the seaside, sleeping under the concept car’s integrated tent and getting an introduction to some exciting sports. This unique “Feel Good” opportunity is 100% Citroën.
The competition is being run in seven countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK, Belgium/Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, from 15 September to 16 October. The competition is hosted on a special website, beachandbreakfast.cool, which has a URL presented by emojis picpicpicpicpic .ws. To participate, all contestants need to do is explain in a few lines why they want to go on this adventure. They can then share their entry on social media to boost their chances of winning by collecting their friends’ votes.
The Cactus M concept is a fresh, “outdoor” version of the Citroën C4 Cactus that embodies the spirit of the legendary Méhari. Unveiled on 02 September, it will make its public debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show starting on 17 September.
