On May 4, 2014 Google featured the “Audrey Hepburn” Doodle on their international search engine homepages. The Doodle honors the life and legacy of the world renowned Audrey Hepburn. I searched for word to describe the actress whom have once been branded as the “Most Natural Beautiful Women on Earth” and wanted to find out what people had to say about Audrey Hepburn. Many of the sites I visited described her as Classy, Elegant and Vivacious, some chose words like Sparkling, Understated and beautiful, inspirational and sexy.

Audrey Hepburn

It seems like most people only had the highest regard of Audrey Hepburn. She was a famous actress born in Belgium on the 4th of May 1929 and passed away on the 20th of January 1993 at the age of 63 due to cancer. She received many awards and recognition for her work as an Actor and a Humanitarian. These include a Presidential Medal of Freedom in recognition of her work at UNICEF in 1992.

She received an Academy Award, Oscar and Golden Globe for various films she starred in, and is one of the few actress to win an Oscar, a Golden Globe and a BAFTA Award for a single performance.

Breakfast at Tiffany’s staring Audrey Hepburn

From what I could found about Audrey Hepburn it seems like she had a love for beautiful cars,  in fact some of the most beautiful images of Audrey Hepburn have been taken while getting into a car, driving a car, sitting at the back of a car or posing at the side of a car like in the promotional picture below, which were used in a press release for the “Breakfast at Tiffany’s movie launch. The Car in the image was a “1961 Imperial Crown” made the Chrysler Motor Company. The Imperial Crown Car was a very long car, and it is said that it was the longest non limousine car in the USA at the time.

Audrey Hepburn Sabrina

Sabrina is a 1954 American romantic comedy film directed by Billy Wilder, adapted for the screen by Wilder, Samuel A. Taylor, and Ernest Lehman from Taylor’s play Sabrina Fair. It stars Humphrey Bogart, Audrey Hepburn, and William Holden. In the plot of the movie Sabrina Fairchild (Audrey Hepburn) is the daughter of the chauffeur for the wealthy Larrabee family on Long Island. As long as she can remember, she has had a crush on playboy David Larrabee (William Holden), the younger of the two Larrabee brothers, but he never takes notice of her. The elder brother, Linus Larrabee (Humphrey Bogart) is a strict businessman. Sabrina heads off to culinary school in Paris as a naïve girl, and returns two years later as a beautiful woman.

The picture below features the 1921 Rolls-Royce 40/50 h.p. Silver Ghost Rolls Royce from the movie. Next to the car is the innocent, stunning looking Sabrina (Audrey Hepburn).
