We here at Car Site will be attending this year’s Rand Easter Show and will bring you some of the highlights of the show. There is also going to be several motoring events at this year’s Rand Show.

In a challenge which pits muscle versus metal, the Rand Show is proud to present Man vs Machine, an extreme stunt show that promises to amaze visitors.

Five-times national trials bike champion, Dylan Victor, and multiple national champion and motorcycle trials legend, Brian Capper, are going head to head in an epic battle this Easter holiday.

In a pedal-power versus petrol-power smackdown, the Rand Show presents Man vs Machine.

From 6 to 15 April, come and see two daily shows where the best in ‘man-power’, Dylan on his trials bike, will take on the best in ‘machine-power’, Brian on his motorcycle.

They’ll be ramping over 3m-high obstacles on one wheel, jumping over brave volunteers from the crowd, climbing up ladders, and doing the kind of stunts no ordinary person would dare attempt on two wheels.

To make it even more entertaining, two ofSouth Africa’s best BMX riders will be joining the crew to perform back flips, ‘Supermans’ and 360s.

And if crazy stunts are your scene, make sure you don’t miss the daredevil fire tunnel stunt being performed over the Easter weekend by world record holders Enrico Schoeman and André de Kock. In theirKawasakiracing motorcycle-sidecar combo, the two stunt-riders will rocket through a 25m-long blazing tunnel of fire, where temperatures get up to 900 degrees.

For all this and other thrilling, free entertainment, program Nasrec into your GPS and head out to the Rand Show this Easter. It promises to once again be a fantastic day out for the whole family.

No obstacle’s too tough for motorcycle trials legend, Brian Capper, and his customised trials bike, appearing in twice-daily free shows at the Rand Show 2012.

Master of two wheels and clearly a master of balance too, catch Brian Capper in the Man vs Machine stunt show at the Rand Show 2012.
