21 DECEMBER 2012 – Jaguar is helping injured and recovering members of the British Armed Forces to travel home in time for Christmas, thanks to a fleet of new XF Sportbrake models.

The personnel are being treated at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC) at Headley Court in Surrey, and all are being given a heroes’ welcome with a special chauffeur driven delivery to their friends and families.

Headley Court is a specialist, multi-purpose facility that provides rehabilitation and care for severely injured servicemen and women, including poly-trauma amputees.

The fleet of around 20 XF Sportbrake models will travel to locations across the UK, including as far as Inverness, to return the troops to their loved ones.

“I would like to thank everyone at Jaguar Cars for giving our patients the opportunity to travel home and start their well earned Christmas break in such a stylish and special fashion,” said Commanding Officer Group Captain C S Walton. “I am truly inspired by the many generous gifts and offers given to our patients at Christmas time.”
