DRIVERS REMINDED TO ‘BAG IT, BIN IT!’ AND KEEP ROADS TIDY AS THE OLYMPIC TORCH COMES TO THE UK
As the Olympic Torch relay gets underway this weekend, the Highways Agency is calling on road users to help tackle roadside litter and ensure that England’s motorways and major roads provide safe and pleasant journeys during the summer of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.




The most famous Egyptian pharaoh today is, without doubt, Tutankhamen. However, before the spectacular discovery of his almost intact tomb in the Valley of the Kings in November 4, 1922, Tutankhamen was only a little known figure of the late 18th Dynasty. It was Howard Carter and Lord Carnarvon who discovered the Tomb of “Tutankhamen”.
If you look outside tonight and see that the moon is slightly bigger than usual your eyes will not be deceiving you. On the 5th of May 2012 it will be the closest the moon appears to be to earth and as a result the moon will appear bigger than usual.
