Over 20 Ferrari cars lit up the slipways of Titanic Belfast this weekend as Ferrari Owners’ Clubs from Ireland and Scotland gathered in the city as part of a special Ferrari event.
There, in front of the world’s largest Titanic attraction, were twenty-two Ferrari cars being photographed with the sculptured shape of the new Centre providing a spectacular backdrop.
Maranello, 15th May 2012 – The Mounted Carabinieri Regiment made a star appearance with its celebrated “Carosello” performance at the Diamond Jubilee Pageant, as part of Italy’s tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee Celebration which took place at Windsor Castle over four days from 10-13 May 2012. The Queen has visited Italy three times since 1961, and had the honour of seeing the Italian Carabinieri perform in Rome in both 1980 and 2000.

The event, hosted by the Irish Owners’ Club and Charles Hurst Specialist Cars, will see Ferrari owners take a special tour of Titanic Belfast and use the opportunity to showcase a range of classic and modern Ferrari cars on the slipways where Titanic set sail on her maiden voyage in 1912.
