Nick Pascoe, chief executive officer of Controlled Power Technologies (CPT), a UK-based company specialising in cost-effective CO2 reduction measures for the global automotive industry, will address the issue of recruiting professional engineers at the SMMT’s International Automotive Summit today (Tuesday 12 June), which is being held during the Canary Wharf London motorexpo.

CPT has been busily recruiting engineers in response to increased demand for its 12, 24 and 48 volt modular hybrid solutions, also to increase its resources following the successful recent sale of the company’s electric supercharger business to Valeo. The sale of this business and its production ready technology included 10 engineers that worked on the project.
